IN-HOUSE MEDIATION
Gavin Hoccom is a Mediator and a number of panels, including the main ADR Group panel of mediators and Resolve Alternative Dispute Resolution, as well as of the Civil Mediation Council. Gavin has significant experience in mediating both employment and general litigation disputes, including contracual, corporate and probate actions. Working with parties as a neutral facilitiator, Gavin can move parties towards a confidential, cost-effective and time-effective resolution of their dispute.
