Home Information Packs
We put together our home information packs here using the quickest and most effective providers of searches and in particular the energy report that is needed. Our energy reports are usually with us - and with your estate agent - within 2 days of our guys getting access to the house.
We provide you and your estate agent with an electronic or paper copy of the Home Information Pack. You and your agent can then control who to give it to and how to deal with it. We think that this is a better approach than putting the pack on a website for anyone to see.
Our prices are fixed and give a simple, easy to understand and value for money service. We have an all inclusive single price fee of £300 with a £20 copy fee for leasehold properties. No paperwork and no credit agreement needed.
